However, I cannot do this because I am the administrator. I have seen this in other forums however, the end advice was for the person to contact their work's microsoft administrator and have them reset the account or turn off the MFA. However, there are no codes in the authenticator app for me to put in. I have not set up a two factor authentication, and when I select that I don't have the mobile device, it sends me to a new screen where it asks me to get the code from the Authenticator App. So when I downloaded the authenticator app and tried to sign in to the Microsoft account, the Authenticator App requested that I authenticate through the Authenticator App. I have recently changed phones as my prior phone had an issue with its motherboard and stopped working. Microsoft suddenly started asking me to log in on my account and authenticate through the MS Authenticator App. I am the administrator for my business account.
